A predicate of a counted path that a cap table cannot express on its own.

• tax-scheme-vat: the element counts only when its parent has a cac:TaxScheme whose upper-cased cbc:ID is VAT.
• tax-scheme-not-vat: the element counts only when its parent has a cac:TaxScheme whose upper-cased cbc:ID is not VAT; a tax scheme without one counts, as the empty string.
• scheme-id-not-sepa: the element counts only when its upper-cased @schemeID is not SEPA; an element without one counts, as the empty string.
