@facturometro/parser

@facturometro/parser: namespace-aware, schema-driven parsing of Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 UBL documents into the Unchecked* model of @facturometro/core, with the structural diagnostics the EN 16931 UBL syntax rules describe.

The three entry points and the generated structural tables are the whole public surface; the namespace stack, the locator and the table matchers are implementation details of the walk.
